Evolution of an Illustration, part 2

While the original Gothic Heroes had terrific line art illustrations by the inimitable Hugo Solis, we had to consider whether to keep with that art style for consistency or to experiment with full-color finished illustrations. We were very happy with the line art tests of new artist Tanyaporn Sangsnit, we also looked at her portfolio and asked her to create an image of Jin in detailed color, and she delivered a terrific look.

Now in living color!

We think she did great, and while we liked both versions in the end we decided that full-color was the way to go. Stylish, classic, ready for action, we present Jin, as you’ve never seen her before!

But who is Jin anyway? That’s for the next installment, but for now just a tiny teaser, courtesy of Neil:

Female human (half-Tiun*) rogue 1
CG Medium humanoid (human)

In-Character Quote
“I’ve always wanted to see my mother’s homeland—the exotic Far East! Maybe my brother and I can reconnect with our family there! After all, it’s not like there’s a life here for us anymore. So, why not see the world and whatever lies across the horizon? Life’s an adventure, right? That’s what mom and dad always said, and I intend to live like it!”
